an okay stay in an excellent location

central location easy access breakfast option slow elevator limited counter
the hotel location is central. the access to attractions was easy from here. the breakfast buffet included good options and I appreciated it. the rooftop bar provided nice views of the surrounding area.
it created noise early each morning. the elevators were slow. It was only one working. the room lacked counter space in the bathroom, and it was inconvenient.

Really good Stay at Prime Location

attentive staff perfect location
The staff was attentive and kind. Rayssa in the dining room was particularly friendly and a ray of sunshine during breakfast. The location proved central, enabling convenient walks to parks, museums, and Buckingham Palace. As a woman traveling alone, I felt secure .
The hotel should be transparent about these issues.

Every member of the staff is a star. Rob, Michaela, and Ibtissam made every breakfast the best breakfast ever. They each know the city well.. Every tip they gave proved to be of great value.

helpful staff free minibar convenient water
I loved the location. the staff was friendly and so helpful! they really went out of their way. the free minibar with soft drinks and water was such a nice bonus. I also appreciated the water bottle on the nightstand.
the room faced the front and only had one small window, so it felt a bit dark during the day.
